T.K. Tank mounted homogenizing mixer by Tokushu Kika Kogyo Co. Ltd. (osaka, japan), model TV, serial Z1-903012. Vertical mounting in stainless steel sanitary approx 100 gallon fully jacketed, vacuum capable tank, 3. 7 kw (4. 96 HP)direct coupled homogenizer motor by Mitsubishi, 200 Volt/50HZ/2910 rpm, 200 Volt/60 HZ/3480 rpm, 220 Volt/60 HZ/3490- rpm, (14. 2,13. 9 and 12. 8 amps).  Vessel is 28" ID with dish bottom, 2" center bottom outlet and 6" four bolt flush to tank bottom flanged connection with mating companion flange to 2" Tri-clamp connection and 14" floor clearance, 14" id manway sleeve extends down tank side wall for 32" straight side, 42" maximum tank straight side depth to manway allowing small free board to manway brim, hinged dome cover manway with 5 swing mounted closure bolts, o-ring seal and 6" central sight glass in cover, top inlets 2-2" & 1-1. 5" with tri clamp connections, 3" sight glass with light (110 volt), homogenizer has adjustable deflector plate and mounts from 18" od flange on top of tank, vessel has dome top, two internal ladder steps below manway and bottom internal temperature well, tank is mounted on three ss legs from carbon steel body lugs, vessel is fully insulated and shrouded with polished ss, full body jacket has been tested at 20 psi by ctc, vessel had no visible mfg tag but formerly used under vacuum (24" hg @ 11 psi jacket pressure). Formerly used in branded cosmetic manufacturing.
